Irene has been a realtor since 2004 when she joined the boutique brokerage firm of Saldo Properties on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. With her intuitive no-nonsense approach and her love for people, she became an independent broker just two years later before partnering with Melissa Justin to form THE FIND NY.
Irene moved to Manhattan right after college and her passion for the City only grows! An avid walker, she has fallen in love with the city one block at a time from the New York Stock Exchange to St. John the Divine. As a working actor and mom, Irene knows it’s all about authenticity and relationships. She believes the process should be enjoyable. She loves helping people realize their dreams and sees helping them find a good home as the first step.

Native New Yorker Melissa Justin Rosenthal grew up in The Apthorp, one of the Upper West Side’s most historic buildings. Over 10 years working in real estate she’s enjoyed assisting a variety of international buyers and sellers with sales and rentals throughout Manhattan & Brooklyn. She’s had the pleasure of working with a multitude of wonderful clients including an Olympic Silver Medalist, Academy Award Winners, members of NY Rangers Ice Hockey Team and team captain, Golden Globe and Tony award winning actors, Grammy winning producers & artists, Executive Producer late night talk show, Winner of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Australia, and a vast array of business professionals, doctors, writers, artists, veterinarians, and musicians.

Prior to real estate Melissa worked in the entertainment industry in New York and Los Angeles. Her love for music led her to Sh-K-Boom/Ghostlight Records where she helped foster the careers of some well known artists, and produced numerous concert events, and benefits for organizations such as Twin Towers Fund, and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
